Purchases through this website are for NON-CANNABIS items only. The purchase of cannabis items is only allow at one of our retail licenses, or through our delivery services, and are governed by a different privacy policy as it pertains to keeping personal information.

Section 4 – Cookies, Clear GIF’s and other User and Ad-Targeting Technologies


We collect the aforementioned Information by using certain technologies, such as cookies, clear gif’s or web beacons, and other technologies. Clear gif’s (also known as web beacons) are used in combination with cookies to help website operators understand how visitors interact with their websites. A clear gif is typically a transparent graphic image (usually 1 pixel x 1 pixel) that is placed on a site.
